The entire process was automated; I did meet the staff but interacted with them only a little because check‑in and check‑out were handled by machines. The room was a decent size and fairly clean. The bed felt like sleeping on a rock, and I lost blood flow to my limbs trying to sleep on my side.

The place was reasonably accessible, just a 10‑minute bus ride from the 산본 station. As soon as we arrived, there was a lot of hair on the bed, the floor, and the bathroom; we mentioned it and were moved to a different room that turned out to be worse, so we asked to return to the original room where they had removed the hair by hand from the bed.
