Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff are friendly, especially a receptionist named Meryem who was very kind. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the comfort was great – my husband and I had a wonderful stay. The food, however, repeats almost every day with no new dishes; I celebrated my birthday there and sent a message asking for something special, but nothing was prepared. Last year, another hotel had made that day special for me, which I didn’t appreciate this time.

The beach and sea water are great. The night was supposed to be quiet, but there was an insane amount of noise from drunk people all through the night, starting at 00:00 and continuing. There was shouting, music, even fights from neighboring rooms and balconies. It was impossible to keep the balcony door open even once; as soon as we did, a lot of smoke drifted in along with everything else. Very disturbing and unpleasant – never experienced anything like this before.

The variety of food is very nice, and the events are many and lovely. Everything else is good.

Everything was great. The evening programme was funny, the food was unbelievable, the ice cream was available all day, and the original alcohol and exclusive cocktail selection surprised us. The duplex room was very comfortable and modern. The beach is cozy, and there are plenty of water activities. The daytime animation for kids was very good 👌. The internet could be better, and there are no chairs available on the beach or around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pools were great, and the restaurants were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for families. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small.
