I cannot say that I liked anything there. If all you need is a place to sleep then it's okay. If you're looking to spend quiet or quality time I would not suggest this place for now unless they make the changes. The room wasn't clean. The bath tub was dirty and there was no hot water to bathe. Food delivery takes 45 to 1 hour after giving your order. Also the food was not up to mark and I had to spend a lot. I checked out in the evening cause I could not take it anymore

Nothing much. No proper toiletries provide, shower was absolutely not a shower. Bucket in with a.mug to get the water.TV never it.operated. internet issues. Even thou upgraded the room highly disappointed with it. Breakfast pathetic nothing worth staying in this hotel. Had 2 breakfast on.bookings with two water bottles and.the staff said second bottle chargeable. Ordered for hot and sour chicken soup on menu 100 INR.i was overcharged 189 INR. Big cheats. should remove this Czar Inn Vashi hotel from their booking platforms. Very bad experience
