Bugs swarmed the fridge, bathroom, and walls; there was no microwave so I couldn't heat anything; the room was so dirty it hadn't been vacuumed, swept, or wiped down when I arrived—totally disappointing.

It’s close to the ren faire and the toilet worked and was clean, and the mini‑fridge worked, but roaches were everywhere, the place smelled bad, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, ashes from a previous guest lay on the nightstand, the smoke detector was missing, and the box spring was exposed with large stains; it looked very run‑down, dirty, and unsanitary.

The property has a lot of potential, but it’s so rundown and poorly maintained that it’s shameful; the staff were a joke, didn’t understand my barking dog, and the parking lot had broken down vehicles; the front wheels were missing; rooms were barely cleaned—very disappointing. It could be a great investment for someone who wants to renovate, but I don’t recommend it; the operation was unorganized with no real manager to help—just downright horrible.

The location is good for the Pa Ren Faire, but the room was dirty, full of bugs, and the bed was uncomfortable; I showered, then slept in the car until morning, didn’t use the second night, and haven’t received the refund I asked for.
