The hotel’s location is great, just a block from the beach. Several issues: the soaps and shampoo had a terrible smell, probably never changed or refilled. Also the curtain rod was damaged.

The staff were friendly. I had no hot water in my room for 3 days. The shower options were cold and less cold. I told the staff about the problem twice and nothing changed

The location was decent and the breakfast was somewhat reasonable. There was no shampoo in the dispenser, clearly the rooms aren’t checked before guests arrive. The pool was cold. The staff were untrained, didn’t know what to do without the owner. Check‑in was sloppy, little information, little friendliness. The shower stayed cold and never warmed. The TV was low quality, don’t even try to use it. The balcony door wouldn’t close!
