Everything was perfect. The location was close to everything yet still very quiet, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The same applied to services like the bay boat tour, which was flawless. All for a ridiculously low price.

Our room was perfect, comfortable, with big beds and a nice view. Breakfast was okay. The laundry service was convenient. The hotel is close to the city center and the staff there are friendly and ready to help with anything. We also bought the Ninh Binh ticket directly there; the bus picked us up at the hotel and was comfortable. The access isn’t really great, but you just have to walk a few metres.

We had a very good stay at this hostel. The value for money was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from. The staff were efficient and attentive. A special shout‑out to Mia, who was very helpful and always smiling! We used them for the boat tour and for arranging transport to Ninh Binh, and everything was perfect. I can’t think of anything else to demand at that price! Oh, just add bottled water so we could refill our bottles. Otherwise 10/10!
