“Desgastante”
The night‑shift receptionist was helpful, but the room was right next to the pantry, so there was a lot of clattering dishes and chatter from 6 am onward. Hot water for the shower was missing on Sunday morning and wasn’t fixed until 17:00. When we needed information we had to chase down staff because the reception was unmanned. I can’t recommend this place.

The accommodation was good and comfortable, ideal for those wanting to stay close to the airport for early flights, but the bathroom window couldn’t open because the latch was broken.
I was disappointed by the breakfast, it was very poor.

The cleaning was good, but when I asked for milk for my son at night the staff told me they didn’t offer it and that I should buy it in BH if I wanted.
“Bom custo benefício.”
The hotel sits in a great spot, right next to a large supermarket and an excellent bakery, and the room for four was comfortable with a spacious bathroom; I chose it because it was close to the airport and the receptionist even gave me a midnight transfer contact, handling everything with friendliness. The only downside was that the first‑floor room near the stairs let you hear conversations from the hall, making it a bit noisy.
