“Everything was better than expected”

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, and the whole experience was pleasantly better than I had imagined.

“Complicated.”

I usually steer clear of negative reviews, but this place fell short of its online reputation; it’s decent and has potential, yet several problems emerged. The location is excellent, right next to Connaught Place and very handy for getting around. If you’re only staying a night or two and just need a practical base, it’s okay. For a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. Our room lacked a proper window, making it feel closed‑in. We also spotted several cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant. At one point there was no cold water, making showers difficult, plus a few other minor issues in the room. On the bright side, the staff were helpful whenever we needed anything, especially Shivam, who was genuinely kind and did his best to improve our stay. Breakfast was confusing at first (we were told there wouldn’t be any, but it was available) and turned out surprisingly tasty. I’m giving it 5/10 mainly for the great location and decent breakfast; with a few improvements on cleanliness and room basics, it could be much better.

“Loved this place”

I loved this place! The room was exactly what we needed and everything was clean. The staff were super polite and helpful whenever we had a question.
