The rooms were immaculate—from the kitchen utensils to the bedding—and the staff were available at any hour, always courteous and professional. The chef’s meals were consistently excellent, so I gave them my highest marks. I can’t point to any real drawback, except that I wish I’d had more vacation days to stay longer.

This place is just perfect—the house itself is unbeatable, the atmosphere is super, quiet and cozy, and we left completely satisfied. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed stay.

Right in the city centre, close to restaurants and supermarkets, the three‑bedroom house felt warm and inviting despite the cold outside. The owner responded quickly to every request, and when we asked, he and his wife added a Christmas tree and festive decorations. With plenty of space, two toilets, a bathroom and all the basics, it made for a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor.
