I loved everything: the staff were very attentive and polite, the cleaning was excellent, the comfort level was high, and the breakfast was wonderful with many options. I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was great. The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was comfortable. The acoustics weren't flawless—probably true for any hotel—but it didn't disturb my rest.

The service was unsatisfactory. When my mother and I arrived in the middle of the night, we had to figure out how to open the door because the front‑desk staff didn't bother to help us. In the room, we had to ask for towels and blankets even though we had already booked them.
