The staff at this hotel, particularly the housekeeping team, were absolutely fantastic - they really made my stay special.
The cleanliness of my room was definitely a highlight of my stay, but I was disappointed by the limited availability of amenities and services.
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to RIC, it was a major convenience for me.

“Did not stay”
My husband didn’t stay here; he was in a semi truck without a trailer, and the staff said the only parking for him was past the Red Roof Inn and another hotel, a distance he couldn’t walk because he’s handicapped. Even though there was plenty of space in the original lot, they wouldn’t let him park there, so he left and booked a room at the Microtel Inn. I’m asking for a full refund of the $75.56 we paid.
“I wouldn’t recommend it if dealing with that black lady at the front desk is a option she is extremely rude”
The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, but the manager had a nasty attitude and seemed to think the hotel was hers because other places allowed it.
