The pictures promised a nice staircase and roomy rooms, but the place had none of that – the staircase in the photo didn't exist and the room was cramped. The kitchen was a mess with a rusted stove, pots, and fridge, and the shared bathroom was filthy. I never stayed more than a minute and they wouldn't refund me, so I'm heading to court.

I couldn't get a room – it was impossible to stay. The place was fully booked or something, so I left without a chance.

The only bright spot was the green setting in the lodge's forest. I was surprised to learn that towels weren't included and had to pay for them, but Rayane eventually arranged delivery over the phone. There was no staff on site, no key for the room, so I had to bring my own lock, and the shared kitchen lacked matches or a working lighter. The shower head was broken and nobody was there to fix it, and there were no signs reminding guests to keep noise down.

The lodge had a nice atmosphere, convenient location, a fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms, and excellent bathrooms. The only downside was the $15 fee for a borrowed towel, which seemed a bit steep.

The staff were very friendly and kept their promises. I had a smooth experience.
