The staff were very, very friendly. The location and the facilities were great.

The room and the bathroom were clean but extremely small. There was hardly any space to put your bags. There is a small terrace where you can sit when the weather is nice. I would not stay there for more than one night. The bathroom and room were very small, and there was no hair dryer.

The room was fairly small but very cozy. It is directly on West Highland Way, but there is no kettle, so you can't make hot food, coffee or tea. That is a small drawback. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast and dinner are available at the hotel next door for an extra fee.
