The city is nice with a lake, you can walk on foot, there's a very close Turkish restaurant, the entrance is self‑service—fill in all your details, get a number, activate the card, put it on the Wi‑Fi icon, you get a counter that runs until it's finished. I activated the parking, there are about two spots next to the hotel, and luckily we found one available. The restaurant below the hotel smelled like the whole hotel; the name of the restaurant and the staff didn't impress me; no one spoke to me in the restaurant. There's a church next to the hotel, thank God our time there was not busy. The city has nothing special. The price for the stay is high.

The hotel’s location was good, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the staff were extremely dehumanizing, especially given the rates. There was no one at the front desk (the term “front desk” is totally inappropriate here), guests faced a screen and had to handle everything themselves! How do people who feel stressed or have trouble using a smartphone or computer manage? The hotel’s private parking was extremely expensive! Luckily there was still an outside spot available when we arrived. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.

The hotel restaurant was decent, but the cleanliness was poor, curtains were very dirty, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken, the staff at breakfast always wore headphones and showed zero interest in guests, the breakfast room was noisy with flies—really disgusting. Checking in had many problems, not just for us.

“In zijn totaliteit viel het verblijf tegen.”

Breakfast was decent, the room was quiet, and the hotel allowed cars to charge. The photo of the room did not match reality. The reception was impersonal. The automatic booking process was not flawless. The number of flies in the breakfast room was very irritating!
