I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Lu To Hotel showed such kindness and integrity that I had to share. While staying in Da Lat, I left my Dyson hair dryer behind and only noticed it after arriving in Ho Chi Minh City. With a flight back to India the next day, I thought getting it back would be impossible. Yet the owner stepped in immediately, stayed responsive, reassured me, and was genuinely committed to solving the problem. What impressed me most was his honesty and responsibility throughout the process, even offering personal compensation if he couldn't return the Dyson in time. Thanks to his dedication, I received my Dyson safely before departure. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the owner and his team. If you’re visiting Da Lat, I wholeheartedly recommend Lu To Hotel—it’s more than a place to stay; it’s where guests are treated with sincerity, respect, and care.

“Vui”

The host and his wife were very pleasant and friendly. If there’s a spare room, you can check in as early as 6 am and stay late without extra charge. The price is very cheap and it’s close to the center. The only issue was that the mattress was a bit old, probably due to long use, but it didn’t affect the stay too much.

A quiet spot. The bus arrived in the evening and the host kindly let me stay a few more hours.
