The room was very cozy, spacious, with clean linens and a warm shower; the staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is in a great location, very close to Beto Carrero Park, and the breakfast was delicious and well served.

I woke up to a weak breakfast with very few choices, and the few items we did have were already running out with no refills; we asked for pão de queijo and it was gone. We were hit with an extra 80 reias fee for bringing a small‑breed pet, a charge that wasn't mentioned in the listing. When I declined to pay, the owner started shouting and demanded that I leave the hotel immediately and never return, which was a ridiculous reaction to a 3‑month‑old puppy.

The hotel has a charming vibe and sits right next to Beto Carreiro Park. Everything is spotless and you can see the care put into every detail. We stayed in a spacious family room that could fit up to six people, with a large bathroom, all brand new. The breakfast was excellent and the value for money was outstanding—definitely coming back for sure.
