The only thing worth mentioning positively is the location. The customer service was rude, and there was zero flexibility or willingness to resolve mishaps. When I booked a higher‑tier room I asked for separate beds, but only at check‑in did I learn that wasn't possible. The staff suggested adding an extra bed, but it wouldn’t be a quality bed. We opted for a lower room with separate beds, yet at check‑out the hotel charged us the original higher‑tier rate. After several back‑and‑forth messages requesting a refund of the difference, nothing was resolved. It feels wrong to charge for a service that wasn’t delivered in any way.

The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The location was ideal: a very quiet area with plenty of parking right in front. Breakfast was good, the price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, with a warm welcome and a city location right across from shops and restaurants. It's a good place to stay, but watch out for the parking: it’s often full and you’ll be offered to leave your car in the shopping centre’s lot opposite the hotel.
