The pool was nice, but the first night the air conditioner stopped working and the hotel had no staff on duty for a midnight repair, so nobody was at the front desk or elsewhere to help, leaving us with a miserable night and barely any sleep because the room was so hot.

The pool was great and the place beautiful, the staff friendly, and the restaurant meals were good size. However, the menu could use more variety—seafood, pulled pork, steak, etc.
