The staff on site were friendly. A woman vacuumed the room after we showed her how dirty it was everywhere. We vacuumed the other rooms ourselves. Breakfast was prepared a day early, covered overnight in the fridge, but still acceptable. After asking, we also received jam and milk, which was very kind. It’s an old building, which isn’t a problem, but offering such a dirty room is audacious! Even if everything is old it can still be clean. We had three double rooms. Two of them had decent bathrooms; one had a loose toilet seat, the water constantly leaked out the bottom of the toilet, causing a bad smell. All windows in all rooms were broken. Not all outlets had covers. Toothbrush holders apparently never got cleaned or replaced. We’ve stayed in many pensions, but never had to sleep in rooms so dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The description said each room should have a fridge, kettle, and microwave, but there was only one set on the hallway, accessible to everyone, as shown in the photos.
