RIEN !. Accueil médiocre. Près de 3/4 d'heure d'attente devant le portail, alors que le gestionnaire avait été prévenu de notre arrivée. Par ailleurs, j'ai mis plus d'un mois à me faire rembourser ma caution. Enfin fait, après plusieurs relances

They insisted on a €100 security deposit or would not let me check in. Afterward they didn’t return it, claiming I arrived after 6 PM (which wasn’t true) and charged me €50 for a late check‑in—yet it’s a self‑check‑in and the key is in a lockbox. They then told me they kept an additional €50 because I didn’t put the bed sheets in the washing machine when I left, with no prior warning. They also advertise private parking on the property but never disclose the €10 fee. The place itself was dingy, the hot water took a long time to come on, and the location was awful—abandoned rotting cars lined the street next to it. It wasn’t cheap either: €50 plus the €100 deposit that was never returned.

Upon arrival, the bathroom and toilet were in such bad condition that I left immediately. I’m still waiting for a refund. The bathroom was filthy, full of hair on the shower floor, the toilet bowl had pubic hair, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet brush was yellow. I didn’t even want to see the bed’s condition. The room door wouldn’t close. I’m still awaiting reimbursement.
