The central spot made it a breeze to roam around Nuoro and see everything the town offers, and parking was easy just up the road. The host was very attentive, even going out of his way to provide fruit for breakfast. The only downside was that the room had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at times.

The room was perfect for a stopover and the price was unbeatable. The soundproofing left to be desired, with construction noises, plumbing, and neighbors disturbing the peace.

The welcome was warm, the value for money excellent, the breakfast prepared by the host was great, and his availability was impressive. Nothing to complain about.

A quiet stay within easy walking distance of the town centre, and my room was neat and tidy. The host starts making coffee for guests at 7.30 a.m., and there are the usual sweet rolls. Only the fridge and microwave can be used, and there's a small heater in the bedroom for cold nights. The description was not exactly right; the spa was not what I expected, but the lodging works for a short stay if guests don't want to cook.
