The apartment was very nice, well‑maintained and clean. It had everything you need for a vacation. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spacious, all the staff were attentive, and Suzie was always in touch and helped with everything. She arranged a parking spot near the apartments and helped fix a battery issue in the rental car. Cleaning was daily and high quality. The room was a bit damp and didn’t get enough sun, so you have to turn on the AC. When you rent an apartment with a kitchen, you’d expect basic cooking supplies: salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, dishcloths, and dish soap. Maybe that’s not the norm in Mexico, but for our four days it was inconvenient to buy all that. This year the beach had a hydrogen‑sulfur smell, many crowds, and we went to other beaches. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, just a resort quirk.

“Excellent séjour dans un grand condo bien équipé!”

The staff were welcoming, warm, and attentive to our needs. The condo was very large, clean, safe, and located toward the end of the festive vibe of the 5th. It was right next to Norte 38, which is simply charming.

The environment is beautiful, private and very comfortable, and the service from Susy is incredible – highly recommended, we’ll definitely come back.

“Mala atención.”

The spot is great, but nobody was at the front desk; I waited outside the hotel for 20 minutes until a guest let me in.
