The view was great, but the indoor pool and wellness area weren’t finished as promised.

The staff were super friendly, very personal and family‑like in handling questions and concerns. The hotel complex was beautifully laid out and the restaurant was excellent. The mountain view was lovely, and we felt very well and personally taken care of there. Some areas are already a bit worn and need repair.

“Très bel hôtel, à vraiment découvrir”

A beautiful hotel with a lovely view, and you can eat well there. The pool is very pleasant. Breakfast is a bit restrictive but homemade, and the fruit platter is magnificent. Everyone listens to our needs, and both the managers and the servers are very kind. It’s a bit out of the city center, so you’ll need a car. The hotel is under reconstruction, so not all expected standards are always present; you have to ask for them.

“Good resort but lot to improve”

The resort is very clean, with good staff and a diligent cleaning team. There’s a kids’ play area outside and a pool for children. Unfortunately, the reception is never staffed; even when you call from your room, no one answers, so you have to physically go downstairs to the other building to speak with someone. Breakfast is very disappointing—shocking for resort standards, as if they can’t be bothered to prepare anything, with hardly any options. Getting a taxi is difficult due to the location, so it’s best to keep a taxi driver’s number handy. Finally, some of the equipment in the kids’ park, especially the swings, is falling apart and unsafe.

“Świetny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi”

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The kids’ playground is great, and the pool was also enjoyable. The restaurant food is good and reasonably priced, and the terrace offers a nice view. The water slide needs refurbishment.
