“Good enough for the price”
The spot is excellent, but the front rooms get Anzac Hwy traffic noise. The bedding is comfy and the linens are clean. The reception staff were friendly and checking in was simple. It's been a while since this place was considered four‑star. A bowl of cereal in a box for $12 at reception is called a continental breakfast—just not sure which continent! The bathroom tiles were barely holding together. Service and facilities have been trimmed to cut costs; it really ought to be listed as a three‑star.
