The location and common areas were good, but I booked a double room with two beds or a double bed more than 10 days in advance and tried to confirm via the app chat that there would indeed be two beds and that pets were allowed as advertised. They only replied about the pet, so they knew I’d bring dogs. When we arrived, they said the maximum occupancy was reached but would give us the largest room in the inn, with four beds. The promotion was expensive because the room was old, smelled of mold and sewage, the air‑conditioner didn’t cool and had no temperature control, and it was on the ground floor, making it hard for someone with a dog. I arrived at 21:00 after driving 500 km, so there was nothing I could do, and I had to sleep there. My dogs were restless all night because of the heat and only calmed when I turned on the fan I brought, as the accommodation offered no solution for the non‑cooling air‑conditioner. In the morning we reached breakfast at 8:30 (which ends at 9:30 according to the sticker behind the room door) and there was almost no food because it wasn’t restocked; we had to order dishes that took 10 minutes to arrive and were wet. It was a disappointing stay, because the place’s structure looks wonderful. I hope the company reconsiders allowing maximum occupancy when there are bad rooms like that, and improves the breakfast situation by assigning a staff member to supervise and connect the lounge with the kitchen.
