The first room I got had an AC remote that didn’t work, the bathroom water was leaking—bad for health—and cockroaches were crawling around. I complained to the staff, and the next day they moved me to a better room, but that move caused more hassle. The new sheets were stained, and I had to remind housekeeping daily for towels; they usually change sheets and towels right after cleaning. I’m not satisfied with any of this.

The location is good and the staff are pleasant. Cleanliness is poor: there’s a strong drainage smell, the bed linen looks old and possibly unwashed, furniture is in bad condition, and both the room and bathroom need a deep clean. There’s no soap or toilet kit, so overall maintenance is lacking.

The location is outstanding, and parking is available—though limited, we didn’t have trouble arriving early. Staff are helpful, polite, and accommodating. Cleanliness earns a 10, though the toilet seat keeps falling off, so maintenance is needed. The bathroom and sleeping area are immaculate, the room is at the back for quiet, and a big window lets in plenty of natural light. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I don’t dislike anything, just wish parking were bigger and there were no street options.
