The place was very untidy; it seemed the rooms hadn’t been cleaned in a while, mold on the toilet roll, cigarette butts under the bed used as an ashtray. Nothing else; the location was okay but that’s about it. The owner had a bad attitude.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was solid; the room was fine, well‑located, quiet, and the on‑site restaurant was decent, with friendly staff. The lighting was harsh, which is typical everywhere in Cambodia.

The location was great. However, the hygiene was poor, and the owner charged us a different rate than the one listed on Booking, which felt unfair even if the difference was only a few dollars.
