The location in Prado behind Hotel Prado is great, but the place feels dated and poorly maintained; the furniture is cast cement, and there’s ongoing construction upstairs. One day the pool was closed for maintenance, and the Wi‑Fi had intermittent outages. Cooking supplies were sparse but sufficient, and the TV faced away from the bed. The ad promised a large suite apartment, yet it was more like a junior suite with a single large room. I also had to cancel my booking to pay directly, which forced me to overpay because the hotel charged the same rate that already included the commission, and I had to settle outside the app.

Well located, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff, but the room had a water leak that left a puddle in the bathroom, indicating some maintenance is missing.
