Staff were extremely pleasant, communicative and very well accustomed to assisting guests. The proximity to the caves was ideal, less than 10 minutes from the cave tour parking area. Absolutely nothing wrong with the rooms - not very special but nothing bad to say. The quality and value of the on-site restaurant was above expectation

Breakfast was good, though the fruit selection could be better. The restaurant was excellent. The room size was fine, but the decor felt a little dated.

The pool was nice with plenty of grass and shade, and the location was good for visiting the caves; the bed was comfortable and the room spacious, and there was a gluten‑free option at breakfast. However, you have to pay to use chairs and a hat at the pool, mosquitoes appeared at the end of the day, the rooms were dark, breakfast could have been more varied, there was no restaurant, but the recommended nearby pizza place—Pizzaria da Sérgio—was great.
