“また泊まります♪”
Everyone on the team was friendly. The hotel sits in an area where cars can’t park, so if you use a taxi you have to walk across a nearby bridge, which makes the spot quiet and easy to enjoy. Being on a slope, the view is nice.
“Excellent location and staff but don't except anything fancy”
The staff are very friendly and the location is great, just a 5‑minute walk to Laxman Juhla and a 25‑minute walk to Ram Juhla. Lots of cafés and shops are only 2 minutes away, yet the area is quiet. The only downside is that there’s no nice place to hang out outside your room.
After many years of traveling to Rishikesh, I found a top‑class hotel with wonderful staff—Arjuna.
“Very nice but very very noisy!”
The hotel sits in Laxman Jhula, close to the main road, and the room was spacious and fairly clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the laundry service was good and cheap. The noise, however, was the worst I’ve ever experienced; I stayed in a rear room on the main hill path, so moped traffic and honking were constant. Each evening the owners and their friends would gather on the corner, talking loudly until midnight, and dogs barked too, making the stay far from peaceful. The next room’s occupants also banged doors and blasted music, so I was glad to leave. Most of this isn’t the owners’ fault, but you need to know if you’re staying at the back.
The location is good, the room is clean, the staff are super friendly, there’s hot water, and the view is beautiful. The ceiling is very noisy.
