They changed the property itself. The rooms they handed over were terrible, an old building with broken furniture and no cleanliness. They charged for a lavish property but gave a guest‑house‑like place that shouldn’t cost more than 500 bucks. Spider webs hung on the fan and the lights in the room, and they should have shown pictures before asking for advance payment.

“Very rude behaviour of hotel owner”
The hotel owner behaved very rudely.
They called me a day before my check in date and said that there isn't rooms available. Although I paid them advance still They told me either take your advance back or take a bigger room which was costing me extra. The city of amritsar at that time was also heavily crowded and there wasn't much room available. They clearly refused to provide me the room one of the worst experience.
