The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The pool area was invaded by wasps and bees.

The hotel’s location between mountains and close to the beautiful Ledro lake is great. The entertainment staff is friendly. There are child options all day (activities from 9:00‑20:30) like a camp with a miniclub for ages 3 and up, and a babysitting service for the little ones. Breakfast and dinner are provided. The food was mostly just pasta, but the all‑inclusive plan, which also includes a snack for kids, is very good. They offer carts and backpacks for rent for the younger guests. Nothing negative.

A spot in a tiny village close enough to walk to Lake Ledro, and that’s all the good stuff I had to say.
