Blankets were cleaned at least… Not sure why such a high score on Booking, their amenities are worn out and dirty in the common kitchen.

The overall stay was great, with a superb location close to the school and convenient places for tax‑number paperwork. Security was solid, so I felt very safe. The staff were warm, friendly and very patient. This was my first time in Kazakhstan, and I felt a lot of warmth here.

I was there to get bank cards issued, and the CEN was within walking distance, which was super convenient; nearby were shops, cafés, and a shopping mall a little farther away. One person had more than enough space in the room, it was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and responsive. The price‑to‑quality ratio was acceptable, and I’d stay here again.
