The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is well maintained. The staff are amazingly cooperative. The owner is assertive and friendly. I’d recommend it. I wish it were closer to CMC; it’s 2km away.

The hotel was available during the peak period, but the price didn’t match the facilities; nearby hotels offered lower rates.

The staff were helpful, arranging early check‑in and late check‑out for a small fee, yet the food suffered because there’s no in‑house kitchen and daily housekeeping was missing.

The room wasn’t ready until 15:00, the bathrooms smelled bad and no replacements were offered even after repeated requests, the TV only had a free channel, but the location in the city is the only redeeming factor; it’s only worth considering if you have no other options.
