I found someone else’s sock between the mattresses and told the front desk, who said, “I will take care of it,” but nothing happened. We should have been given a different room, and afterward I didn’t feel the facility was clean. The food was also subpar: the potatoes were undercooked and hard, and the sausage patties were disgusting.

Breakfast was pretty good, especially the coffee. The front desk staff were in suits and very professional.
