The place was clean, but the lobby coffee and hot water never got attention and the staff seemed indifferent; it stayed off all day, tasted awful, and was at room temperature instead of hot.

There was nothing to like about the property. The place was not clean at all. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay open, the bathroom faucet was installed backwards, and the microwave plate kept stopping instead of rotating while heating food. The washing machine didn’t work properly and wouldn’t dry clothes, and the dryer door wouldn’t stay closed. There were a lot of issues throughout the stay, but the biggest disappointment was the price. It was extremely expensive for the condition of the property and definitely not worth the money.

Location. Room 444 – the bathroom door had a lock. The air conditioning was poorly managed. Breakfast hours ended too quickly; they should give an extra hour, from 6 to 10 pm. The rent was high; better options exist like Hilton nearby. The bathroom had a tub that cannot be used as a bathtub.

Hotel and room were very tidy and clean. The room is new and modern. The continental breakfast was ok. The hash browns were overcooked. The kitchen staff kept the areas clean and the food/coffee always replenished. Only one elevator worked so it was inconvenient. It made the guests wait longer for 1 elevator to go up and down. $20 a day parking should be incorporated to the hotel rate. It shouldn’t be separated. It should be inclusive of the rate
