The location was convenient and the staff seemed responsive. The room was extremely dirty; the whole room smelled of cigarettes, the towels had hair, the sheets were stained, and the folded blankets hadn’t been removed from the old sheets. We asked for a kettle for hot water and were told “none are available.” We waited a long time at reception for someone to arrive.

A very nice hotel. The pool was clean, the apartment was spacious and spotless, and it was luxuriously furnished. Food and service were up to standard. Free parking was an added bonus. I recommend it wholeheartedly. No complaints.

The place was clean and cozy, located close to the center of Primorsko. At reception, the girl had an unprofessional attitude, she was chatting all the time and seemed to be pulling words out of a bag. The spa center wasn’t operating, even though the website said otherwise, and it only worked in winter, which is odd for a place in Primorsko.
