The staff were aggressive and uninterested, which I never experienced before! I booked a room with a king‑size bed and two beds for six‑year‑old kids, but received a room with only one bed. The supervisor said, “if you want, you can sleep four on one bed!” Extra beds for kids cost 25 € per night. During booking I was told something else, and only three days later they emailed that the room had only one bed. What is that? Normally, honesty should be communicated at purchase, not sold and then a three‑day‑late defect list appears! The supervisor simply said it is as it is: “you can call the police.” We drove 600 km with two small kids in the lobby, clueless and how foolish can you be! Right on the first day of the holiday!

It’s close to the old town, a 15‑20 minute walk away. The downside is being near noisy pubs and the red‑light district, where shady people are outside all day.

The staff are clean and friendly. People outside the property are loud all night long.

I like this place because it’s very comfortable. The pillow, bed and linens are very clean and comfortable. The tone is warm and positive, highlighting comfort and cleanliness simply and sincerely. I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism from the staff at all. Moreover, the hotel withdrew 200 € from my account without any explanation. That’s unacceptable. I have evidence and will file a police complaint.
