“Overall successful trip.”
The spot was close to Chastain Amphitheater and Lenox Square, which mattered a lot to us, and I could lower the room temperature at night to get a good sleep—really important. The tub/shower combo could have been better; I understand it’s an older Suiss Hotel, so that’s fine. The hallways and room décor overall looked great.

The location was good, but the whole situation was too long to explain and the hotel’s decision was very disappointing.
