The downstairs stairs are lovely, the location is good, communication is clear, and the check‑in/check‑out process is smooth. The bed is comfortable. The room itself is very small, and the bathroom is even smaller; there were no pictures of the room in the ad.

I stayed in a lovely room that was clean and comfortable, with every amenity we could need; drinks and snacks were provided, and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing negative to mention.
