“Good for a work trip, but falls short of four-star expectations for the price.”

The hotel has a great spot in Brekstad, and breakfast was genuinely excellent with a good range of options. However, for a Deluxe Double Room in a four‑star hotel at a high price, expectations were much higher. Instead of a wardrobe, there was only an open hanging rail with three hangers. The desk was unusable as a workspace because the minibar/fridge underneath took up all the legroom. Both the room and the bathroom were quite cold, especially the first night, with no way to adjust the temperature.

“Flott hotell”

The location, the bed, the view, and the friendly staff are all great. I wish there were bacon at breakfast, not just a single slice stuck to the grill.

Maten og resepsjonsområdet var topp, fint også med kjøleskap på rommet. Rommet ut mot parkeringsområdet var ikke så bra, ville også hatt queen size senger istedetfor to enkeltsenger

The location and view were great, but everything else felt too cheap for the price. The shower tiles were broken and I had to watch where I stepped. Breakfast on both days was freezing; we ate eggs and tomato beans. We arrived early on one day and mid‑morning on the next, so the timing was off.

The breakfast was good and the place is well‑situated. The heated floor in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was no dinner service on Sunday. The eggs were cold.
