I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience, as the hotel didn't exist, making the entire booking a complete waste of time. The lack of a physical hotel was a major letdown, and I wouldn't recommend booking with them to anyone. The fact that they didn't have a hotel was a huge issue that left me feeling frustrated and misled.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff, who refused to let me check in due to the low price I had booked at. Despite their poor behavior, I had initially thought that the hotel might be worth considering, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The low price I had paid seemed to be the main reason for the staff's hostility, which made for an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.

My stay was a disaster from the moment I arrived, as the reception staff were extremely rude in the morning and charged me an extra 200 even after I showed them my booking confirmation. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide me with a water bottle, which was a basic amenity that I had expected to receive. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff made for a terrible experience that I will never forget.
