The place was spotless, the staff super friendly, the location spot on, and the food was great for the price. But they forced us to do a 4 am check‑in because of an event, gave us a room above the parking spot where the cars were stuck, and kept waking us with loud music and traffic from 7 am onward. We didn’t know any of this because we had paid in advance and the money never came back.

“Très beau séjour dans ce relais château où nous reviendrons certainement !”

localisation, très belle bâtisse. personnel au petit soin répondant aux demandes. très bon petit déjeuner. vue incroyable sur les jardins très bien entretenus. place de parking. piscine très agréable avec possibilité de dej sur place. massage en chambre de qualité. personnel du petit dej (parfois un peu diletant : nous avons demandé deux allongés, on nous a servi 1 expresso et 1 double : pas dramatique du tout mais pour le standing du lieu un peu dommage). Parfois il fallait demander plusieurs fois les choses (savons dans les chambres manquants). Des petits détails mais qui sont remarqués lorsque l'on met le prix. Pas de spa mais massage en chambre de qualité

“Pretty venue although not up to the hype”

The location was great, close to Lourmarin, and the grounds looked nice. The staff were helpful, showing us around and offering valet service. The room was spacious and well styled, with plenty of amenities, though the mini‑fridge was small if you bring your own drinks. We stayed briefly, so we didn’t try everything, but the on‑site restaurant/bistro looked lovely, though the breakfast buffet felt pricey. The free wine tasting at the cellar next door was a nice bonus. The place didn’t quite match the value we paid; even though it wasn’t raining, the grounds were still soggy at 11:30 am, lacking the expected wow factor. The staff also entered our room without permission while the curtains were closed and the lights were on, even though we hadn’t left it that way.

“Un lugar fantástico para visitar Provenza”

Breakfast was amazing and first‑class. Service was excellent, with a lot of tact, friendliness, and willingness. The place is a gem. Dinner was average in terms of quality versus price.
