The location was perfect for Tanglewood events, the coffee machine worked great, and I enjoyed the salt‑water pool, but the breakfast was mixed; drinks were fine, hot food was only adequate, and the staff were understaffed, causing long waits and overworked employees.

The breakfast selection was solid, our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the filtered tap water and the bottle provided for refilling and chilling. However, the toilets made a loud noise when flushed, and in the morning we could hear the TV from the neighboring room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and happy‑hour drinks were included, the studio room was nice with all the amenities, and everything felt fresh and new; nothing to complain about.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the facilities were excellent, and the pool was fantastic, though the tile was very slippery when wet and I saw several falls.
