We appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel managers. The place is very clean and well‑located. Mid‑trip, the laundry service was a welcome addition. There were fewer breakfast options than at some other hotels, but we still found something we liked.
The breakfast used to include eggs and meat, but now it’s just waffles, cereal, and coffee. The room was close to a water pipe that ran forever and loudly, waking me up in the morning.
Good overnight stay for one night.
“Very disappointing for havasu”
Literally nothing. 1. The doors lock was broken 2. The chairs were dirty 3. They charged my card $85 for no reason and I had to call to get it fixed. The guy who answered said he was trying to charge someone else. Also the ac didn’t work
