The location was excellent, rooms were spotless and cozy, and every staff member from reception to housekeeping was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

Room 204 was noisy because of the engine, so I couldn’t sleep well, and the hand shower leaked; on the bright side, the staff were excellent and supportive.

The location, the staff, and the fact that hot water ran 24 hours were positives, but the lack of hygiene, dirty surroundings and rooms, mold and mildew, a broken window that could have cut my hand, missing kettle, missing bath towel, a limited breakfast selection, and dirty dining equipment were all bad; we couldn’t have breakfast on the first morning because our stomachs wouldn’t cooperate.
