“Didn't stay it was bad just by looking at it from the outside scary and trashy”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating.”
The room was clean and comfortable, but the main road is so close that emergency vehicle sirens woke me up every night. I’m used to quieter surroundings, so the noise was a real nuisance.
“This stay was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel.”
Genuinely nothing. For starters the 1 staff member is rude and he unlocked the door and tried to come in twice saying he had to inspect the room. Second the room door does not lock properly it’s hooked up to an exposed battery pack? and the deadbolt doesn’t work at all like it’s been jammed. Third the room flooded all the way out of the restroom into the room when we used the shower like all around the bed and all the staff guy said was here’s a mop I’ll get it back in the morning. Not to mention all the little stuff like no towels, he gave us 1 toilet paper roll for 9+ days and when we would ask for stuff he was rude, the room was dirty when we got here two dead roaches and the counters looked like they had not been wiped down plus the WiFi doesn’t work at all and we had to throw our own trash elsewhere because there’s no trash can or dumpster anywhere near and no house keeper came to clean, plus the random knocking on the door at all hours of the day and night and the really loud construction in the room right above us that we were not notified about. We paid almost 500 dollars and it was not worth a single penny

The service was terrible— the front‑line employee was rude, uneducated and unprofessional, the corridors and exterior were filthy, and they kept cancelling reservations; I arrived early in the morning only to find my booking cancelled, and despite having relatives next door to confirm it, they still haven’t refunded me after four days, ignoring my calls, emails and even giving me an Indian phone number, showing absolutely no empathy.
Nothing good at all – they canceled my reservation and still haven’t refunded me. This place will steal from you.
