I arrived to find my room unclean, dusty, with remnants from the previous guest in the bathroom and toilet, and a cardboard box and empty bottle still on the floor by the table—proof that nobody tried to hand it over tidy. The mattress was fully sagged and impossible to sleep on, and it could not even accommodate two adults. The Wi‑Fi was dead, and the TV remote was so sticky and glued that I couldn’t change channels. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but when I left the house at 7:45 the door was still shut and no one was there. I couldn’t stay a second night and left early, having tried to contact the hotel through every channel and being ignored completely; even the booking support couldn’t get the hotel managers to respond. I’ve seen many accommodations, but this was the worst. The ambience is awful, the rooms are in the basement, and there is no elevator.
