The owner is really nice and helpful, a really big plus. Speaks really good English and was very helpful with any questions and recommendations. Room was big, AC working is a big plus, we were there in late September. Bathroom was clean. Free washing machine in common room, dryer costs small fee. Really nice place, good price and good location. Sound isolation not the best, can get loud

The manager wrote on WhatsApp in advance, sent great places for walks and restaurants. The room was super clean.
