The breakfast was Chinese with some Western options. The staff were very friendly, though their English was not great, just a little. It’s located outside the city center, near a few university campuses.
They charged me twice for the stay and I’ve been unable to get a refund for more than two months.
The room was spacious, spotless, and quiet; the bus station was only a 3‑minute walk away. The staff were friendly and the view was great. Daily room service and a nice breakfast were provided, and the front desk was handled by Xiaojiao, who was enthusiastic. The only drawback was that the staff could only speak Chinese, but everything else was great 👍🏼.
I stayed on floors 27‑31 and the city view was spectacular. The breakfast spread was huge and the free washer and dryer were handy, plus the bed was comfortable and the room stayed clean. The neighborhood is full of shops and eateries, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from the ventilation, but I just had to keep the bathroom lights and extractor on; the extractor itself was silent.
